Getting connected

• Put your iOS device on the same Wi‑Fi network as your Mac or MIDI host.
• Enable network MIDI on the host (macOS Audio MIDI Setup → Network, or your DAW’s RTP MIDI setup).
• Open MidiNetwork → Connect and choose a discovered session, or enter host and port manually.
• Allow local network access when iOS prompts you — it is required for discovery.

Troubleshooting

• No sessions found — confirm both devices share a network and the host is advertising RTP MIDI.
• Connection fails — check firewall settings on the host and try the manual host/port shown in your MIDI setup.
• No sound in the DAW — verify the DAW is listening on the correct network MIDI port.
